Curiosity-Led Health Coaching · Johannesburg & online

Your journey starts with being heard.

I work with people the way I wish someone had worked with me: by actually listening first. Everything begins with curiosity — what's happening in your body, what your story holds, and what you're hoping to shift.

A personalised blend

Part detective work, part clarity.

Once we understand your needs, the right tools are woven together for you — Live Blood Analysis, Bach Flower Remedies, Root Cause Protocol mineral support, Sclerology, or guided health coaching.

It's a clear, supportive pathway that helps you understand why you feel the way you do and moves you toward balance in a way that feels doable, natural and sustainable. Always grounded in lightness.

How I work

Real people, real changes

A few of the people Michelle has walked alongside — in their own words.

Live Blood Analysis

“I came to work with a functional health coach, not to be handed more medication. Her encouragement — ‘don’t be scared, be curious’ — stayed with me. I’m so impressed.”

Before you book

Questions, answered

Do I need to know what's wrong before I book?
No — that's what we work out together. Everything begins with curiosity: your story, your symptoms and your goals guide the whole process. You don't need a diagnosis or the right words to begin.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. Health coaching, Bach flower consultations and group sessions work beautifully online (live or via Teams), anywhere. Live Blood Analysis and Sclerology are done in person in Johannesburg, because we look at your blood in real time.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No, and it isn't meant to be. One Small Step is health coaching and education — it works alongside your medical care, never instead of diagnosis or treatment by a registered practitioner.
What is Live Blood Analysis?
A real-time look at a single drop of finger-prick blood under a microscope. In a 90-minute session you see what I see — hydration, minerals, digestion, inflammation — and leave with a personalised plan. A free follow-up is included. It's a guide to the root cause, not a diagnostic test.

Tell me a little about where you are. The first step is always a conversation — no diagnosis needed, just curiosity.
