Which service is right for me?
If you're not sure, just get in touch — we start with your story and find the right first step together, rather than guessing.
Can we do this online?
Coaching (1:1, group and family) and Bach flower consultations work well online, live or via Teams. Live Blood Analysis and Sclerology are in person in Johannesburg.
Will you tell me to stop my medication?
Never. I don't diagnose, and your medical care stays in your doctor's hands. We work on the foundations — minerals, food, stress, sleep — alongside your medical care.

Your journey starts with being heard.

Tell me a little about where you are. The first step is always a conversation — no diagnosis needed, just curiosity.
